Start The Day With Some Porridge Oats
It is a good idea to start the day well.
My favourite breakfast is some porridge oats with skimmed milk and a caffeine free cup of tea.
Porridge is a good way to start the day. In the warm weather I like it poured in to a bowl with some cold milk.
It tastes great like this.
Now the weather is getting colder you can of course have it heated.
Porridge oats are good for lowering your cholesterol and will give you enough energy to keep hunger at bay till lunch time.
So I think it is a great way to start the day!
