Healthy Fruity Cocktails

Here are some healthy fruity and tasty cocktails for you to drink at anytime, or nice to start the day with:

TROPICAL COCKTAIL
1 peeled grapefruit 1/2 c. papaya pulp (optional)
1 peeled orange 1 c. water or unsweetened
4 tbsp. honey pineapple juice
1 peeled lemon
Liquefy in blender. Chill. May be kept frozen or well refriger¬ated for future use. Serves 4.

SUNSHINE COCKTAIL
1 c. orange juice 3 sliced carrots
3 fresh or softened dried apricots
Mix in blender about 1 minute. Chill. Serves 1.

JADE COCKTAIL
1 c. grapefruit juice or un- 3 green lettuce leaves
sweetened pineapple juice 1 tbsp. water cress leaves
1 tbsp. parsley 1 tbsp. celery leaves

Pour juices and greens in blender and liquefy. Chill and serve fresh. Serves 1.

CRANBERRY COCKTAIL
1 qt. cranberry juice 1 qt. apricot juice
1 qt. grapefruit juice 1 qt. pineapple juice
Mix together and chill. Pour over ice cubes in punch bowl. Garnish with mint or orange slices. Makes 4 qts.
